Madison Capital Executive Apartments

Excellent location right on the street where all the restaurants are. Five mins walk to multi story shopping mall with supermarkets made it a fabulous location. The girl at reception was very professional but very friendly. Walking to the room I thought maybe a little depressing and in need of updating and was not expecting a great room. Very surprised to find it comfortable modern and very very clean. Linen and towels were clean and fresh. The bathroom was super clean and probably recently renovated. An interesting layout for our room (129) with lots of angles but everything that we needed. The kitchen contained enough to make a meal if you wanted. We stayed one night but would have been comfortable for a week. It was very quiet as well. Free parking and breakfast were bonuses. Breakfast was only continental but the choices were adequate and the setting lovely overlooking the park. The staff there were helpful. ANd offered to cook gluten free toast for me. All up rather wonderful! PS. I have to mention the power boards on either side of the bed. Never seen it before but amazing for phones and appliances. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. I even took photos I was so impressed

Bed and pillow was very comfortable. The room was a good a size. The location was very convenient for my purpose of stay. The reception staff was very considerate of my Deafness.

Rooms were nicer than I had anticipated, the common areas are more dated but the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The location is super close to the Braddon main strip & a short walk from the city centre and attractions. The complementary continental breakfast was also a bonus - nothing flashy but good for toast & cereal (also had mini muffins, canned fruit, some fresh fruit (apples, oranges, pears) and a variety of yogurt

We stayed in three rooms with two beds in each room. My sister and i slept well and beds are comfortable. My father and sister said beds are too soft. Carpet in corridor is old but rooms are clean. Provided with basic cooking tools but we didn't cook. Staff was helpful. We arrived a bit early to drop our bags in the rooms. Location was good too.

Reception/Admin ladies were wonderful. Easy transition/transaction when asked to extend my stay. Parking out front of the Reception area. We were lucky there was a vacancy. Close to gas stations, if you need to refill a hired vehicle. Close to city.
